A Safe, Comfortable and Well-Supported Experience

We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both our staff and students following our stay at Campus Perth. Our students particularly appreciated being accommodated together on one floor, with staff close by, which helped them feel safe and comfortable in an unfamiliar city environment.

The accommodation also offered an excellent balance of independence and a mature social environment, while providing students with their own comfortable spaces to retreat to when needed. Our staff found the location ideal for a school camp and appreciated how approachable and helpful the Campus Perth team was throughout our stay.

From an administrative perspective, communication and responsiveness were exceptional. As this was our first senior school camp in the city, we had plenty of questions, all of which were handled promptly and professionally. The team also went above and beyond with arrangements such as bedding, early check-in, and parking.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish

Our experience with Hostel G and the entire team was genuinely exceptional. From the very beginning, Nicole went above and beyond to make our group stay as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Our booking involved a large group, different room configurations, gender considerations, staggered arrivals and departures, changing numbers, and even leaving for a few nights before returning. Nicole handled every detail with incredible patience, flexibility and professionalism. She also went beyond accommodation arrangements, helping us with parking, local restaurant recommendations and airport transfer options, while always responding promptly to our many questions and changes.

The reception team were equally wonderful - warm, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, even when we needed last-minute bookings and room reconfigurations. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The rooms were perfect for our needs, and the location was fantastic for our group. Hostel G worked incredibly well for us, and we are hoping to make this an annual trip. After such a positive experience, we would absolutely love to stay with you again next year.
